Bears x Eternal "Tiger" jeans

These are in the mail to me now. (Well, to my parents' house in California, but...) I'll be trying them on in 2 weeks.

Needless to say, I'm excited. Skinny, medium-low rise jeans using Eternal's 811 denim? Fuck yes.

it was...went through a bidservice:

$178 for the jeans

$2 bank fee

$20 commission fee

$8 shipping in Japan (this is kind of a rip, since if they went with the bears shipping, it would have been free. They said they do their own special shipping with insurance and tracking)

Basically 17% fee

Shipping to US?? hopefully 20 bucks or less.

Total: 228

I went to bears today to pick up a pair, but after trying them on I got the normal 811 instead. They were just too low rise for me. And yes, they do run amazingly small.

And what does the Bears store look like, just curious. Most of these shops look like shops from out of the old west.

What do you mean by "amazingly small"? I sized up two to a 36 which, according to Bears, measures just over 33; I'm regularly a 33 or 34. You're making me nervous.

If so you did exactly like me. There shouldn't be any problems what so ever for you.

What I meant with amazingly small was that horriblyjinx or someone said they should fit like all other jeans if only we measure them from the side... I may have misunderstood that though. Anyway, you should be just fine.

Were they more "amazingly small" than the 811's themselves? Because the 811's were sized small as it is...

I'm sure they'll be ball-crunchingly tight at first, but after they stretch they should be perfect.

just got my pair today. very nice, just the fit i was looking for. i got my normal size and i could barley do the top button. the denim quality is amazing; it's a different level than nudie and apc, which are the only dry jeans i can compare them to.

great service from xcoldricex. the ems dude really through me off; i got all paranoid for a second.
