I realize a search for Japanese Denim will yield a billion results, but you may want to start reading the results this yields. I believe you will find that most are only available in Japan. This is assuming you mean Japanese brand jeans, in oppose to what i could take your post to literally mean, and thus I could suggest something as simple as Nudie Regular Ralph Dry Selvage (made with Japanese Denim).

i'm sure Up Against the Wall has evisu's and RMC if that is what you're looking for, but if you are looking for something like Samurai or Sugar Cane you may have to go through the internet.
