I planned on picking this up from Klax-on, unfortunately even the largest size has incredibly short sleeve length.

Anyone have any suggestions for 60/40 down parkas with the leather shoulder yoke detailing that isn't a Penfield?

Does anyone know where I can find a charcoal/black or gray mid-length parka with side vent pockets and zips up? I do not want the cargo pockets or button up. I don't mind cotton or wool, but definitely not nylon/polyester. I would like it to look somewhat similar to this: http://www.farfetch.com/shopping/men...m10059149.aspx

If no one knows of anywhere I can find this, how much would it cost approximately to have one custom-made?
