im still waiting for a reply!!!!!!

Sorry, I was away for the weekend. I don't get exactly what you want me to do? As I said, according to USPS and Canadapost.ca, that's the status. If I were to get USPS to try to track it, it will literally take weeks (and it has taken weeks before). If that's what you want me to do, I'll go and do it.

It will be MUCH faster for you to give Canada Post a call to see what's going on.

I don't know why you'd think that I just gave you a random tracking number. Here's my online receipt. I shipped to the address provided in the original paypal.

so when you said, "Right now I've got a few orders that I need to figure out why they haven't arrived"...what did you mean? i was assuming that you were going to go to your post office and put a trace on the package. because that's what you do with missing packages.

and i have been to my post office. they said they don't know why the package hasn't arrived and there isn't much the receiver can do. it is not the receivers package. it's the senders package, and that person has to put a trace on it.

so please, put a trace on it.

As I posted in HonestForum, the tracking that I provided says that you already got it.

oh and btw, it doesn't say that i received that package, it only says that the package has arrived in canada. this just means that the package is in customs. and usually when it goes through customs it will say, "item cleared from customs" or something like that. but it's been over a month and there is no further status, so something must be wrong. so you have to open an inquiry, and if the package is missing then we can get a refund.

how come you dont have time to reply to this thread, and yet still make time to reply to your other FS thread? shouldn't buyers who haven't received items bought from you be your top priority??

I'm sorry, I thought by quoting those posts that says that once I put on a trace that it'll take a while before I hear back from USPS, and then saying that right now all I can do is wait, that it was rather clearly implied that I had put on a trace, and that right now I just have to wait.

you know what...obviously, you're going to have to make things alot more clear. like when you said, "Right now I've got a few orders that I need to figure out why they haven't arrived"...it seem pretty clear to me that you would be going to your post office to check on the status, but you didn't. i guess to you that meant you were going to sit on your rocking chair and just think about it. and it was also "rather clearly implied" that i was going to get my package a long time ago, but it's been 3 months. assuming that you've taken care of your responsibilities has gotten me nowhere in this transaction and so from now on i'm going to have to be SURE. if i ask you a question that requires a simple yes or no answer, why can't you give me that?

When I said that I had to check on some packages, it didn't include your package. Want to know why? I had assumed that your package arrived. You posted in the other forums that you didn't get your package, and then I posted the tracking number which said that it arrived (I assumed that it meant arrived to your address). After I posted that, you didn't say anything for a quite a while, so I assumed that you did get it, and I had provided proof, or that you didn't get it, but had the information necessary to pick it up from your local post office (either case has happened to me before).

I was under the impression that you got your order, then you asked what happened, and I posted the info, and then you didn't respond for over a week, so I assumed that everything that I needed to do was done.

if i don't receive a package and it says i did(which it didn't btw), that would still mean that the package is missing. and i thought it was pretty obvious that it is up to the seller to check up on missing packages. it is your package afterall. it is only mine once i receive it. you've done alot of transactions, so assumed you would know. or at least since i've been waiting for so long that you would take on the responsibility. that's what i would do if i was in your shoes.

well i still have not received anything. has the post offce gotten back to you? can you call them then see what the status is on that trace?

btw, your pm on honestforum is full and the moderator is trying to get in contact with you to resolve this issue.

I called up USPS on Monday to see what's going on, they said they're still looking into it. They said either the package will be delivered finally (cross my fingers) or they'll work to get the money back (I assume they mean the value of package too).

I already spoke with the moderator today, it's being handled.

hey grapist, the package still hasn't arrived and last friday you ask the mod over at honest forum to give you another week (until friday). so by friday if the package does not arrive can you paypal me the 140usd, even if you haven't received the refund from USPS? you will get your refund from them sooner or later, but i've been waiting over 4 months for this package...i think it's the right thing for you to do.

Actually, I told the mod over at HonestForum that your package was an exception, since I had put on a trace on your package at a later time than the other ones (and those got recovered after about 2 months, we've still got about a month to go on yours). Once your trace is complete, then we'll work it out.

Also, since you asked me to undervalue the package, refunding the full amount from USPS is going to be a daunting task.

Today, On February 16th, 2007, after 9 months of waiting, my package finally arrived. Thank you Grapist for finally shipping me my order. Too bad I got in 9 months late (I'm not a size L anymore).
