Opinions on these jeans

I want a pair of black slim fit jeans, and I found these for $50. I just want some honest feedback on the fit.. is it too tight? or are they fine?

(the actual colour is the second pic, I played with the contrast and brightness in photoshop to better show the fit)

not too tight... for me... i dont know if theyre too tight for you tho. id wear em.

are they actually black, or are they a really really dark blue?

Thanks for your feedback, I just hope the Yorkdale store has them in my size, don't want to go all the way downtown (esp now since we have terrorists..blowing up coffee shops.)

They're pure black.
