one of the best restaurants would be toro bravo on NE Russell. it's tapas and amazing, make sure to get the burger.

problem is, they open at 5, and are pretty much full right when they open. so depending on the size of your crowd there might be a wait

nice! another place to check out would be le pigeon. also very good.
