It's by a company called Scottevest, and this particular model is the Tactical 4.0 System. The second picture is of the zip-in fleece, which can also be worn on its own. The fleece has 12 pockets, while the jacket has 40 pockets, making for a total of 52 pockets. What. The. Fuck.

It was given to me by an eccentric relative and I didn't expect to use it. But it ended up being very useful. The pockets hang out of the jacket instead of being sewn in. What this means is, no matter how much stuff you're carrying in your 52 pockets, it will never look like you're carrying anything at all. The pockets are also networked so you can thread wires through them. It sounds nerdy, and it is, but it's pretty cool.
