Dirty ass denim

I've been wearing a pair of Nudie jeans for about a month and they really are starting to smell. What should I do ? Is it safe to throw in a dryer with dryer sheets?

Yes, the drier is a bad idea.

Try airing them out in sunlight. Turn 'em inside out for some of the time as well.

See if that helps.

I don't think dryers are a "bad idea."

Many people (including myself) throw unwashed jeans in the dryer (w/ dryersheets in the pockets) from time to time to shrink out the streching that comes from months of wear.

for those of us in the, uh, damper climes, hanging clothes up outside in the sun isn't an option in the winter. inside-out jeans + a little febreze, or a dryer sheet + medium heat on the dryer is a perfectly serviceable solution.

Drying can lead to some crazy looking wear marks. Things that you might not want. Think about how jeans wrinkle in the dryer...causing exteremely unnatural friction.

It's totally up to you.

I'd also suggest a day in the fresh air.
