Selling a pair of brand new Studio D'Artisan SD-101 one-wash (not dry/raw/rigid) jeans in size 31. Just got these in the mail yesterday and they don't fit me.

Measurements are as follows:

14.75" waist

11.25" rise

33.25" inseam

8.25" leg opening

ddohnggo, I can't speak to the Sugarcane 1947's.

I can tell you that these one-wash are cardboard stiff right now. The main reason I went with one-wash was so that I could let the right people shrink them down. I didn't want to do any guess work with cold/warm/hot soak, 1hr, 6hrs, etc. I wanted to slip the jeans on and know most of the shrinkage was accounted for... and based on the measurements, I'm confident it has. How much stretching will take place from here? Your guess is as good as mine, but they do not fit me. Jeans with 15.5" waist are just right for me.

But I agree with you. I didn't see a difference in buying raw vs one-wash if the raw were going to be soaked right off the bat. The difference would be if you were going down the raw and dry-clean only route.
