Animal Crossing: New Leaf is the greatest game this year, so far. I have easily already put over 100 hours into it, and will easily put many more.

The Last of Us, I'm really happy for you, but uhhh, AC:NL is one of the best video games of all time.

i was unable to imagine me getting wiiU too, but i got one from my gf and i love it,  my main concern was the controller, but after few minutes of zombiU i felt in love with the system. ergonomically it's the best one. gamingwise it's not really easy to check tv and the controller screen at once, but it kinda helped the realisti atmosphere of zombiU (real life characters, not a superhero ex-cop slashing zombies with single headshots, and their struggle through the game).

would recommend it.

I couldn't be less interested in the new generation of consoles... Dragon Age Origins was the only truly memorable game I played on Xbox360/PS3. 

 

Lately I've been catching up on 16-bit epics I missed out on twenty years ago because my mean parents wouldn't buy me a game console.  Right now I'm playing Gunstar Heroes, this game rocks so hard.

i'm probably like ~90 hours into Ni No Kuni, about to enter the final boss battle. it definitely doesn't take that much time at all to beat, but there are soooo many side quests (errands/bounty hunts) and i just want to complete them all before i go fuck up the white witch. i've also spent a lot of time just fucking around in the game like going to the casino, trying to catch specific familiars, finding all the hidden chests, exploring, etc. it's super fun, i enjoyed it a lot!

 

before i started Ni No Kuni, i played FFVII as my first jrpg. i had every intention of beating all of the weapons, but i wasn't about to spend that much more time trying to multiply Knights of the Round & Quadra Magic to do it. i could definitely see myself playing it again after a while, except my only hesitation is the time investment in trying to get the right color/gender chocobo to get the gold one.

I swapped from a PS4 to an XBOX one after they announced they would change their policies.  

 

 

As for GTA V I'm not even sure I'm gonna bother with it since it's being released so close to the new console explosion.  I'll probably not even give it the time it needs so may just skip it.

yeah. i killed the white witch then didn't really do that much after.  shit got pretty repetitive from like half way thru

i only bought it cause of ghibli and cause i thought i could get my girlfriend  to play it and shut up.
