Glory Denim

Has anyone had any experience with Glory Utility denim. It sounds like pretty nice stuff...cone mills redline selvedge, made in the USA...small production....but I haven't read anything about the actual quality of the workmanship etc. They cost 145 bucks...not bad for what you're getting, but it's cheap enough to make me question the quality...or maybe this company is just awesome and gives you a lot for your money! Their website is www.glorysales.com. I know that the denim is good...I'm more wondering about the stitching and workmanship.

I don't know. Might be worth the $145, but those rear pockets look mighty big.

THe denim looks nice - looks more like the early LVC, when they had just the one Cone selvage. Could be a bad photo, but the cut looks bizarre though, narrow-ish legs, baggy round the bottom of the seat.

I asked someone on another forum about the pockets...he has a pair and saied that he never thought they were larger than usual. They look large in the photo though.

I would say, if you like the look of the jeans and $145 is your limit on jeans, then go ahead and get them, but for about $40 more bucks, you can go onto cultizm.com and pick up some nice LVC jeans and shipping is free.

is it just me... or is that fabric tag sewn in a pocket seam? Watch out Glory...

I've been in the store a few times. They have a lot of great stuff, and the people that work there are great. It's pretty motorcycle-style-geared. lots of Barbour and Lewis Leathers. The denim is ok. They might start carrying Ironheart soon tho I hear . . .

Actually, come to think of it. Those are some pretty hokey looking jeans, when produced by a vintage motorcycle themed store. They should be just some bad ass blue jeans.
