International shipping on eBay

Im looking to bid on a belt on eBay, but the seller will only ship within the United States, i'm in Hong Kong. Are there any website that will bid on items in the United States and then ship them internationally? I know they have such a service for Japan, but couldnt find one for the US. Thanks.

i would just email the seller, i mean you could even do this through usps if you had to, its not that difficult at all, but as someone pointed out, perhaps they are just worried about possible fraud..
