supposed to drape/coil up around waist

problem is most of the time XS is still huge on me

i understand that it should drape around the waist, but if rick wants this to drap he should make the waist narrow so it twists and bunches and hangs on the waist,rather than dropping to the knees looks like a dress for people under 6ft lol
