Well Ivy league look has been a stapple in Japan since the post-war era so I guess it makes sense to see it often. I just feel it has been very present as of late, maybe because buying Euro luxury goods is sorta hard in this economy...

for japland i see shit in cycles. like shit coming back, then kinda going outta style (not being the big thing), yet never truly dying. then coming back again.

if you are familiar with some of the label's first lines, you'll def be able to see all the changes. not saying that the evolutions were 100% deliberate, but the native market plays a natural and unconscious factor.

What is "seiketsu-kan" my oriental friend? I saw some Kolor pieces I liked, I don't wear the style but I can appreciate it.

I saw the stuff at OC. The pricing is around the same as Lad. OC marks something that is priced 27800 to roughly $430. I like the stuff a lot, everything I saw from whereabouts seemed to be pretty well crafted.
