Super heavy weight and warm, all original details such as zippers and type of wool used are correct

• Custom manufacturing of the correct weight and weave nylon outer and inner lining shell in jet black to precisely match 1950’s USAF specs. and treated to repel water

• Correct USAF spec. inner lining of warm, wool fiber filling sandwiched between the outer and inner shell lining

• Full-zip frontal closure that runs all the way up through the hood for maximum insulation against cold and snow

• Frontal zipper and button-closure wind flap stops higher on waist on N-3B than on N-3 jacket, to allow for greater range of movement in leg area when walking

• All-cotton drawstring closures at hood for maximum insulation against biting wind

• All-cotton drawstring closures at waist for maximum insulation against biting wind, mounted internally to prevent snagging

• Gorgeous, mouton lined hood dyed a rich, deep-toned black that’s seductively cozy and warm

• Rich, deep-toned black, genuine coyote fur-trimmed hood to wick away moisture without freezing

• Two snap-down exterior hand-warmer pockets lined with super-thick, warm 60/40 wool-rayon insulating fabric precisely matching 1950’s USAF specs.

• Two snap-down, lower-set exterior storage pockets lined with super-thick, warm 60/40 wool-rayon insulating fabric precisely matching 1950’s USAF specs.

• Exact copy of the super-durable, 1950’s Crown® zippers on sleeve pocket and jacket front, with zip tape made of 100% cotton HBT fabric, not incorrect poly-cotton

• Heavy wind flap protectors located both behind and in front of zipper closure; frontal closure seals with buttons and provides double insulation against biting winds

• Custom manufacturing of the correct two-ply 100% worsted wool knit cuffs in jet black to keep biting winds from entering sleeves, and hidden inside sleeves to prevent snagging

• Correct USAF-spec. leather pull tabs on zippers

• Nylon tab correctly sewn to left front chest for attaching oxygen mask retainer clip

• Zippered pocket on left sleeve outfitted with four pen/pencil slots and two anti-puncture pencil caps made of 1950’s spec. USAF brass

in addition this has large silkscreened Nom de Guerre image on the inside back lining, much nicer black fox fur than the regular br n3, and much softer and more luxurious mouton lining in the hood
