Crate James tan chinos, size 31, new

I picked these Crate chinos recently but the cut is not working for me. I got them straight from Secret Service and just tried them on for about 2 minutes. I unfortunately don't have my camera with me currently. Tan colour. Tagged size 31 and would work for a 30-31. James cut - straight leg, fairly low rise.
