31/2 waist, and as long as possible. looking for the more extreme iteration of ths fit -flat seat, long rise, carrot shaped leg. is anyone producing trousers in this fit? with a quality make? if youre looking to sell id be really interested.

You could buy any pair of jeans with the right seat and then just take in the legs, or have them taken in. It's a cheap/simple thing to do, I pay about $10 to have it done.

JR Detroits are kind of what you want, but you might want to taper the legs even more.
