Lots of sizing questions

These are a US 12, they fit like a US 12 or a UK 11 or a Euro 45.5-46

As they are boots they aren't a snug 12, there's room for a pair of decent non-dress socks

Also the trees aren't tricker's trees, just regular cedar trees. Still they are very good ones. If you're from outside the US you may consider not taking the trees if you have a pair already as the additional postage may not be worth it.
