so i'm trying to put together a formal afterparty affair for about 20-25 people. it's going to be formal as in suits/ties for guys and dresses for girls. ideally all i'm looking for is a sweet penthouse/suite/loft.

i'm trying to book a suite at the hotel on rivington but they have so many strict policies on partying/hosting an event so i'm trying to get some back up plans. anybody know how i get find some cool apartments/suites/penthouses that i could rent out for the night?
