Hello

I'm trying to start a jewelry company and would like some feedback

All of the following are handmade from found materials. I have a more formulated purpose in the form of a cover letter if anyone would like to read it.

I need pricing help and any general feedback

I'd like to sell my products to boutiques in the new york area, but would be open to transactions in any city.

Detailed close-ups are also available.

The proportions seem off to me. There either is too much or not enough happening on the chain. It feels like you aren't hitting any particular aesthetic quite yet.

I like the uneveness of the necklaces, it looked nice worn. couple of them are a bit heavily equipped but the concept is good imo.

as for the leatherwork, I like the rugged look, if the stitching wa straight it'd look better.

I love the leather wallet + ipod case because of the uneveness from the way the leather is being cut and stitch, I love the rawness. Perhaps if the stitching could be more interesting like adding colored threads or displaying a more cleaner and refine stitching ... hence you can have a balance of perfection and imperfection there. Hand crafted but yet exclusive.

As for the necklases, i dont wear any but as long they are not too heavy and chunky. Perhaps lesser the load a little to 5-6 elements of each.

Try to snap the products with a better shot too.

To be honest, there is too much going on with the jewelry, though the idea is there. The leather work, being rugged and all, would be great idea if it was pulled off much nicer and didn't seem to just be leftover strips of leather you had lying around.

Maybe work with Corter to come up with more effective versions? Dude knows leather and he's in MA...

I definately like the idea of the necklace, but as some of the other ones have said, it's a little too much going on. And thumbs up for the rugged leather, hope you can work something good out
