Gucci Military Shirt sizing?

I'm trying to purchase this Gucci Military Shirt. It's a size 40 European and the measurements are given in cm.

It a size a 40 more of a small, medium, or large? I'm 5"5' 150 pounds. Would this shirt fit me? Please help. Thanks.

39-40 in shirt sizes (corresponding roughly with 15.5"-15.75") is roughly a Medium. I've seen 41 (16") called both medium and large before, but 40 is medium.

Thanks for the response. Would a medium fit a person of 5'5" and 150 lbs stature?
