I really hate his voice. I liked the first album, but I think that may have been a function of my being in high school at the time.

Lyrics are probably the biggest draw to a band for me, and his stink.

Most of the Coldplay songs I've ever heard on the radio or in films are kinda like what I imagine a moth trap is to a insect. Completely beguiling but totally deadly if you ever get too far into one.

Everything before and including Parachutes is great. All the EPs before it are better. I like the calmer quieter Coldplay. Everything now seems to be done on such a grand scale, so meh.
