FS: New Xbox 360 Premium 20gb + GTA IV + Box and all.

I bought this Xbox 360 brand new less than a month ago after playing Grand Theft Auto IV at a friends. It was a total impulse buy that night at 4 in the morning. It cost me a little over $400 with taxes included (and the game). I have absolutely no time for this, I hooked it up, played it once, and never again. It's all brand new, all original paperwork, packaging, box, anything you'd get from the store is here.

I'm also including my copy of GTA:IV (Only game I own). I also have an Xbox Live account with 3 months on it, so if you want that you can have it. I need to figure out if that's transferrable or not though first. If you know if it is tell me and we can work something out.

Everything in the pictures is included, it's everything straight from the box. Nothing was registered or opened really. I'm asking for $280 shipped to US for it all. I'm not really interested in any trades, just money via. Paypal. Thanks.
