As for what's up eith the owner since you know his full name you can probably answer your own question and I don't have time to guess your ulterior motive for asking it....

I just tried calling the store and no answer? It's Wednesday at like 5 o'clock.

They have erratic opening hours, the owner isn't a very business-oriented person, not that it's a bad thing....
