Hi everyone,

Sorry to start another toronto thread I know there is numerous ones already but i went through them and they are pretty disorganized and I couldn't find the answers I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone could help me out a little...

A family member is going to Toronto shortly and I was wanting for them to pick me up some things. ... Here is my questions/concerns..

1. Where is Nomad located (address..directions from goodfoot..anything) and what brands do they carry?

2. What other shops should I send them to and what do they carry.... (last time I was in T.O was on easter sunday and I only got to check out Goodfoot and Magic Pony)

3. Where can I find these brands in particular.... Comme Des Garcons, APC, Futura Labs, Visvim, aNYthing, Neighborhood

Thanks ahead of time.

They call the present generation the echo boomers aka the spoon-fed generation.

Here you go:

And wow, you went to Goodfoot and don't know where Nomad is? icon_smile_dissapprove.gif

question 3:

cdg = yorkville

apc = few select pieces @ holts - NO DENIM period.

futura (not much) = uncle otis

Nomad and Goodfoot are literaly, next door to each other. Check out TNT and TNT Blu in Hazelton Lanes

Check out Delphic which is west queen west around magic pony, check out uncle otis in yorkville.

most people dont like caban but i like it. they stock good brands. band of outsiders. trovata. penguin. lvc... there is a few, the best on queen west. people look down on queen west because it is full of kids in seven jeans, but there are a few solid shops. I like to start at university and walk for an hour or so west and eventually you will find a bunch of cool shops.

or do this: go to yorkville for otis, tnt ect. walk along down to college and go west to kensington if you want to check out a neat area for vintage clothes, then head down spadina all the way past queen and go a few streets south and nomad/goodfoot is on richmond. then head back up to queen and you have already skipped the "played out area" and head west for a while and just stop in any shop that catches your eye.

specifics:

Comme Des Garcons = tnt man

APC = no jeans in toronto

Futura Labs = uncle otis i think

Visvim = nomad

not sure about the others. I think vice used to carry them at some point, but im not sure what vice is doing in toronto now.
