broken 13" macbook - $400

I have a one year old 13" macbook with intel coreduo + 1 gb ram

it was in my backpack a couple weeks ago and for some reason it won't boot to OS anymore.

It'll initially bootup and get stuck at the first screen.

i took it to geniusbar and they suspect that its either the hardrive or cdrom which they say is a $200 fix. I don't have the money to fix it right now nor do i need my Macbook anymore which is why im just selling for $400.

physically its in good condtion except a small crack on the top shell which doesnt affect performance.

$400 + shipping gets you:

13" macbook

power cable

battery

remote

original box/manual/cd

Again, everything was in working order until a couple weeks ago and according to Genius Bar, its fixable at about $200.
