ya, i got excited at the double layered crotch, then read the "slim fit" and realized my thighs probably won't fit into my waist size jean. hopefully they're not too skinny

I usually wear a 31 but like Corter, my thighs don't fit into most jeans. Plus, I like a higher rise so I have more room in the crotch.

A note to those worrying about the "too slim" fit.. these aren't skin tight, they're just slim jeans.. the waist will go up to 38 and they thigh won't be too small unless you've got extremely large thighs.

More breathable and looser weave made on a hand loom… as prickly as it is it's super comfortable and the prickliness went away after the initial wear.

Can someone explain what the difference between slack denim and "regular" denim is? I'm just curious.

The tension on the loom is set to a very low level, so every time shuttle reaches the "home" position the tension is set to a level that's barely manageable. The denim also takes longer to weave because the loom is set at a far lower speed because low tension + fast shuttle speed = losing an eye due to a flying shuttle.
