Never been on myspace (friendster was more than enough for me) but thanks to the wonders of pop culture and the NY Times, I know that Tom's the dude who started it all and apparently is the first friend that you have when you sign up.

He's probably also the first friend I'd delete.

I was wondering how Myspace got no press for having thousands of 14 year olds posting nude pics of themselves.

ah man, i don't have the link anymore but there's a vidclip circulating on the net somewhere. some news station did an expose and set up a fake account as an underaged girl. they got tons of messages from male net predators and one guy even arranged to meet at a club in LA. they brought the news cameras there and the guy got all embarassed and denied claims of what he did. pretty funny!
