the solid button pull downables are like 100 bux. mad cheap. the white sole is around 115.

Saw the Gamba's in person the other day, they're really nice and yes, the buttons are used for rolling them down.

Still debating if I am going to pick-up a pair for the Summer as they felt a bit awkward on my feet.

honestly im not very familiar w/ umbro by kim jones but i did see the shoe collection @ seven new york a couple seasons ago. I remember liking those. More than i like these. The shoes i remember had a really understated design, very simple.

I wouldn't buy these but they are good, especially for the price

i think seven only did one season. two if you count a re-up. i kinda agree though.

the first two seasons were really great (and overpriced). i do like this season, but maybe it's a culmination of a bunch of lackluster offerings from the seasons inbetween and the mad pricepoint drop(which was due to bad sales and accounts complaining).

you're talking about the mid cut khaki-brownish ones with patent detailing i assume. i liked them in print/online, but when i actually say that shoe in person the patent up close made the shoe look like some kindergarden shit.

I'm with jmatsu. I have probably 80 - 100 pairs of sneakers too. Some are shit and most of them are from the sports brands - nike, nb, reebok, adidas and puma - or are converse. Although I'm now starting to get more interested in the fashion labels' sneakers (bought my second pair of dior hightops last night).

It's just a hobby, what I'm into. And although I'm far from a re-seller it's like if you pick up a good item of clothing, they hold or even increase their value. I made a handsome profit on a pair of alife ball-out pumps the only time i've really re-sold any of my collection.
