depends on which promotion you pick. i chose the canadian tire/galleria one which DOES require a credit card for their free trial membership. after you sign up with the offer just cancel by calling the 1800 number. but make sure you get credited with the offer on your freeipodnano account (give it 2-3 days). your referral link should be displayed by now. thanks!

i havent/arent doing this (yet), but its worked for lots of people i know. as long as you cancel the subscription you dont really lose anything

yes it does work. there was a massive thread a while ago at that website niketalk with people posting pics of the ipod that was shipped to them. if you do the canadian tire one, you pretty much only spend $1 CDN. just cancel it after two weeks or something.
