APC Rescue/English question

Is 29 the lowest size they have for sale? (on the website) or did they make smaller sizes but just ran out? And if possible, can someone measure the leg opening of their rescues? I just want to make sure how the fit is compared to the new standards. the standards are good fit, so i was wondering which jean between the rescues and English is less baggy and with a smaller leg opening. Thanks for all the help and advice in advance!
