i want to get a bag made by bagjack...however you cannot order them from their website and i cant make out the instructions or text on the website. from what it looks like (although I speak not german) is that you pretty much have to goto a store to get one and cannot just order directly on the website. so...anyone who can either point my in the direction of a bag, be a proxy, or offer any other insight please do so.

Yeah I feel you're pain, the bags they have in the shop are all custom special editions. I just want a plain black one and none of the links to their online stores do them.
