thigh 11.8" / 30 cm

waist when laid flat 16.9" / 43 cm

inseam 34.6" / 88 cm

Can't tell you for Rogan and PRPS as I never owned a pair of those.

It usually ranges between a 32 and 34 waist:

Lee 101B: 32

Full Count: 32

Samurai: 33

Nudie Straight Sven: 33

Ironheart: 34

most Levi's: 33 (but also had some that were 32)
