WTF! Levis STF "premium" @ $150CAD ??

I was looking for some Levis STF in town and I decided to go to the Levis store in Montreal....

They did not have the regular Levis STF 501

However, they had a 501 STF "Premium limited edition" and it seemed to be redline and white selvedge and they were priced at $150 CAD.....And I really doubt they were LVC....

I've never seen any of those before, is it really worth 150$? because normal STF retails for around 45 bucks USD...yet they jack up the price in canada to 80$...

I can not be bothered to look it up, but when these first came out they were discussed. IIRC, they were essentially LVC just not a repro.

I forget who had mentioned this, but the same thing occurred at some of the stores in nyc. They had the regular STF for about $40-45USD and a premium line with selvedge for about $90USD. When I read that it was, like two or three months ago so it seems to make sense, although a bit high for it to be $150CAD

the denim is garbage and details are even worse. don't even bother with these, at 90$ USD they were still a ripoff.
