How to hang dry t-shirts and sweaters with stretching collars?

Dilemma - you can fold when they're dry, but after washing them, you have to either hang dry your shirts, or use dryer until they're dry.

If you hang dry , collars stretch

If you use dryer, they shrink

What would you guys do?

I suppose one way is to flat dry the shirt between two absorbant pieces of fabric. A bit of a hassle if you've got many t-shirts and limited space though.

im refering to tees in general, including printed and nonprinted.

i got a pull-up bar b/t my door. i just put my shirts there when i'm drying them. the collar wont shrink but it gets wrinkles. ironing afterward works for that tho.

just "throw" them over something, a line, a shower curtain bar, a door, whatever. a line might leave a stretch mark in the middle of the shirt though, so you can put a towel underneath.

other option is to lay them flat, for example on a towel.

if you have a lot of shirt, get something like this:

the bars are quite thin though, so it can have a similar effect as line drying, it can leave a small impression on the shirt.

Then throw it over two bars, devide the weight of the tshirt, minimal impressions.

i use something pretty similar to that and works fine for me, no stretching or shrinking

I just throw a towel over my ironing board and drape some shirts perpendicular to it. But that only works for 5 shirts/sweaters or so.
