High collar shirts

i'm hoping for some help locating a high collar shirt.

Problem is i haven't got time to have 1 made for me and having tried on a cple of vivienne westwoods today (all too small, even size VI, i'm a uk 46" chest!!) i was hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.

Something similiar to this is what i'm after but in black

but i think they look a bit too formal for what i'm really after, and the black shirt looks pretty lame with red buttons

Kinda sad to say, but apparently Eric Glennie had an impact.

Before when i thought high collar, i would think lagerfeld, now eric glennie is the first thing that comes to mind.
