I don't think this has been mentioned but "light my fire" has been covered a number of times by a bunch of soul acts. Young Holt Unlimited is probably the best I can think of.Also, all those motown/ soul covers from Jamaica, fucking insane. Check out this album if you're into that kind of stuff:
