I'm not very good at this but the waist is roughly 30" and the hem is around 17.5cm. If you wear a 28 in Diors or a 28 in April 77's these will fit. Also these are a bit larger than a 30 in Raf Simons.

The picture showing the selvage has the jeans cuffed. There is no stripe on the outside of the jeans...
