FW04 CLOAK vintage leather captoe oxford shoes - 100+ years old

Up for sale a pair of FW04 Cloak style Handmade Leather Cap-toe Oxfords that are over hundred years old.

Exactly what was used in FW04 Cloak. All the early Cloak shows before SS06 [when they started making their own shoes] used classic vintage shoes from the 1900s.

The shoes are from Burt & Packard Shoe Co. of Boston MA [est. 1857] The shoes are estimated to be from 1890-1902, a true European size 42 [US 9] but Narrow, like most shoes of that time.

Measurements

Measure just over 11.5", widest point 3.75", narrowest 2.25"

My roommate wears a size 9 and the fit him well.

Quality

Completely handmade made from quality materials of the time, made much better than shoes today I'm sure

Condition

Leather is in amazing shape given the age of these, likewise with the sole

Just to give you an idea of value, people are selling newspaper clippings of adds for these shoes for $20...haha
