APC/Supertalk Cult Following

With all the attention APC is getting in this forum (as evident from the APC denim thread), it seems like this is the official preferred denim by supertalkers.

Corect me if I'm wrong but it's gotten a lot of mileage from people here...

i agree kind of...because I can only speak for myself, but I think any of the hype for APC is well deserved. It's just a great jean, and I know a lot of peeps on this board agree.

What's the point?

APCs are fuckig ill. Dry New Standards are my shit, hands down.

But I also rock dry Nudie Slim Jims, the denim isnt as fierce as APC, but they're still some nice jeans. Just slice off that orange pocket stitching and the labels for a clean look.

I tried on some 1947 501s today and those were pretty sick too. A little baggier in the ass than I would have liked but I'll still cop a pair. I think 47 Sugar Canes are what I'll go with though.

I have a lot of really nice jeans jeans including vintage and repro big E's and such. I have 2 pairs of APCs and I love them. They are great jeans with an awesome fit and they are very inexpensive. I strongly recommend them! I think APC owes me a new pair for helping to spread the word!!

the focus on APC on supertalk started last year not this year. it was back in the threads with ringring explaining the whole selvedge denim thing, with assistance by wild whiskey and serge dnimes.

I don't own APC jeans and probably won't get a pair, but I tried them on and they're very nice.

I just got my Edwin rainbow selvage jeans today and holy christ my thighs barely fit into them. Hopefully they'll stretch a bit after time
