Why I hate school...

So, I have an exam tonight at 5:30. I show up, no one's there. Apparently, it's in a different classroom, but there is absolutely no information from anyone on where this classroom is. Math department, T.A., professor, website, math tutorial...no one.

In conclusion, I've missed the first of 4 exams in this class and our entire grade comes from exams. Yes, I'm wearing my big fat happy hat right now.

Of course it's my fault...I didn't go to the class before the test where I guess they announced the classroom. Of course it never says anything in the syllabus about this, nor is there any online info, but it will still end up being my fault. No one gives a fuck about us students.

You still shouldn't be responsible. For exam changes like that, if the teacher doesn't tell about it way ahead of time, he should email the students with some sort of list-serv. What if you were really sick that day or got into a car wreck or something? The teacher can't just change things on a whim and not make sure everyone knows about it (including people who skipped that day).

Rome1's suggestion is still the best way to go though. Booze and wings sound great about now.
