try e-mailing, I dont think proxy operators necessarily check in here daily so chances are your PM's are sitting in their inbox waiting for them to log in.

I've tried PMing all of them who take online orders from Japan and haven't gotten a response for a few days now. Also, I checked the last time they've been on the forums, and it's been a while. That's why I made a thread. ;[
