aite niggaz, here we go:

my shangalong is already as hard as its should be, just my body aint so hot. gotta get that rid of em luv handles from all those, curry chicken, curry fish, blablabla you know how our people eat. its frustatin i know.

I wanna make and train my body like Brad Pitt in fight club, lean wit muscles and veins bout to burst the fuk up...

gotta train em hard and fast before i get to tokyo and start gettin down wit em tokio ladiezzz!!!

my question is how you niggaz train em?

I think this should not be a fashion issue.

Anyway the answer lies in 2 things:

1. Diet - Eat protein rich meals. Cut down on Carbs and fats and alcohol.

2. Exercise - Hit the gym and do cardio religiously. All sets should be in the 8 to 12 region. Do tons of cardio, whether its running, boxing or aerobics but dont overdo it like everyday.

Honestly? A serious answer is this:

What I said does not involve calculating like putting food on the scale and weighing.

You just eat in moderation.

For example 2 egg whites in morning, lean toast and non fat milk

Lunch: Eat steamed or poached fish for lunch with greens etc etc

But if you really really want short cuts, you can:

1. Take diet pills. Some of them contain ingredients that really work. But you cannot take exceeding the recommended dosage. It may kill you. Some of the 'illegal' pills ie. made in China etc are more effective because they contain more of those ingredients. These will likely fail FDA requirements.

2. Go for implants. Like pec implants. No joke. This can be done but costly.

Other than that, I dont know how you can lose weight with little effort over a short time. Alternatively, you can dress in black and loose looking clothes so you look slim but of course the illusion is gone once you strip for the ladiezz.

then again once i strip for the ladiezz, they'd be :eek: when they look at my HUGE shangalonggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! illusion number 2 to cover the body, what you think beast?

i read somewhere in the scenes where brand pitt was topless in fight club he didn't drink any watter for atleast 36 hours before hand he only drank very small amounts of the lowest fat milk so he didnt completly dehydrate himself

and christian bale in the machinist used to drink straight whisky the night before shooting topless

you could always try that to get the ripped to fuck look

pretty crazy when you see the difference of bale in american psycho and machinist also read bale only allowed himself a grapefruit a day for like 6months to drop all that weight while also doing a shitload of cardio at the same time

Still gotta lose a bit myself, I see love handles rolling on. Does anyone really reccomend yoga as an effective activity, based on personal experience, perhaps?

It's known to increase muscle tonus and said to boost metabolism. Also certain forms of yoga are a decent cardio exercise. You'd be better off going for a run or to the gym i think.

yoga aint going to make you loose weight it will get you toned though and get you ripped but really if you want to loose weight just run, its pretty much best cardio and fat burn

to get any sort of decent look you need to get rid of most of the fat on your body by doing cardio then start on stuff like yoga

yoga helped me maintain a decent overall look you are using nearly all your body and just helps you get a better shape it doesnt give you a specific thing like a 6 pac

Bikram astanga and Jivamukti yoga FTW.

Addendum: BIkram yoga is done in sauna like temperatures giving a cardio aspect to it and making sweat a lot so you lose a bunch of weight and toned up real quick if you stick to it.

Also, yoga is better than running and Gym work as any 'resistance' work ( in loose terms) relies soley on your own weight and doesn't stress your joints.

I have a friend who was 200+. He didn't do anything crazy, just limited his fat/calorie intake for like 6 months, now he's 140ish. Most of his meals consisted of soup, salad, and whole grain cereal/oatmeal.

A high protein diet isn't necessary if you just want to loose weight. Whole grains and veggies/fruits are your friends.

exactly, i was 250 at my heaviest. then i did pretty much the same thing as your friend, i weigh 175. but my diet has peaked. i gotta change up again.

eat lean protein, lift heavy ass weights (3 rep max each set), do HIIT - the best way to lose fat ever - look it up.

bonus tips:

anabolic steroids - burns fat like a motherfucker while keeping muscle. All the hollywood stars employ this to get ripped fast (though they dont like to admit it). Think 300 Spartan.

HGH - human growth hormone, the modern miracle potion for youth, beauty, power. It'll even make your dick bigger. downsides: it might give you a caveman brow and a gigantic head (barry bonds). But big heads look cool, they make a dude look unstoppable.

If you already have muscle on you, just eat at a calorie deficit for a month or so. An extreme calorie deficit should produce rather quick results. Just eat what you need to, and don't touch any liquid but water. Drink lots of water and nothing but. Brad Pitt was about 160 in Fight Club with single digit body fat percentage.
