looks like a levi's red model like lilldavid said. but it looks like a more recent one, maybe a few seasons ago...

the way there is a little space between the arcuates reminds me of the capital E collection they have. maybe a cap E from japan???

First of all this is from the Levis Japan collection (even from behind you can tell the guy is Japanese)

So I got 2 models which looks extremely similar to this one :

EJ018 Skinny Slouch Jeans (Levis Japan)

EJ023-0001 Utility Shaped Jeans (Levis Engineered Japan)

Good luck to find these. But it`s true they look great.
