Name .. that jacket! McQueen?!

Hi. Signed up just for this. Desperate searcher.

I found a magazine scan (from a 2004 issue of FLAUNT) with Jennifer Connelly modeling a very nice jacket with leather trims.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to find more(and any) information on this certain jacket. Pictures, information, collection. Or where I might be able to buy it.

These are the only pictures I was able to find. I tried looking for any Alexander McQueen diehards to see if they can help me. Maybe the jacket was from a 2004 collection, or older even.
