try to never purchase anything at full price. instead, buy an item -- having been lightly used -- from a previous owner at a discounted price, or wait til it goes on sale.

if you're on a strict budget just don't buy anything, better of with the money then some clothes, but if you are running low and need something marshalls/ross is always good.
