They dropped at noon for 180 $ US, limit of 2 per person.

Nice score, the box glows too.

They're pretty nice.. I mean kaws is a great artist and all but I don't really get the appeal of these.. I wouldn't pay more than like $30.

edit: It's over 2 feet tall!? Okay! Shit I'm just jealous I didn't get one.. can't you tell.

Forget the fact that the thing is over 2 feet tall. Do you know how expensive it is to produce a mold for a vinyl toy and then only use it for lets say 150 pieces? You're thinking it's worth less than the retail cost of a T-shirt?

I mean how much would you expect to pay for an artist print? at least $150... Why is it so hard for people to then look at this the same way?

Shit. I tried to order the last print they had up 'Warm Regards'. Then I got to the check out and realized they didn't ship to Canada and by the time I confirmed a place to ship in the USA they were sold out. Fuck!

A couple of friends have gotten an email from kawsone saying that their order won't be filled. People must have went nuts when these were dropped and being that it's an online transaction, it was hard to know if any were left in stock or sold out.

Only 500 pieces were produced. 400 went to SENSE and 100 went to kawsone.com .. I don't think that they were sold in other stores, but I'm not absolutely sure about that. Someone already jumped off the edge and bought one for $500 on eBay. Crazy shit, I tell ya.
