I thought there was already a thread about this? Anyway. Theres a few places one's called Tina's cleaners on I think 17th at Walnut ( across from Miel). There's a place called like Steven's or something on 2nd and Chestnut. I had a pair of jeans hemmed once at Tina's. She's a nice older Korean lady and does pretty good work. Nothing amazing like chain stitching but she still does a good job.
