Size 34, new and never soaked, only tried on. $200 USD shipped. Bought these off of a fellow superfuturian who did not like the fit, but they do not fit me so well either. So I'm sending them on and hopefully the next owner will be more lucky!

Cool, just PM me if you're interested and I'll let you know if I still have them. They definately fit like a 35 inch waist right now and will stretch out to about your target waist. I'm selling them because even though they fit well in the waist, they are a bit too tight in the thigh. I have very large thighs from playing hockey and working out, so they were just a bit too slim for my likings.
