actually, i'm in VA/DC at the moment and would like to know of any "cool" shops. clothing mostly, but other interesting suggestions are welcome.

for denim, denim bar in arlington, va

there are many stores in tysons 1 and 2

many stores in georgetown (on m street)

dupont has a couple of stores, but mostly fairly small.

pentagon city mall has some good stores.

the selection isn't all that great in VA/DC area, in other cities there are many more boutiques that carry a wide selection of clothing lines.

but cost of living is cheaper, what do you expect.
